Welcome Daywize!
At Royal van der Leun, we believe that Automation and Digitization can simplify our work processes. That's why we're introducing Daywize, our brand-new HR & Recruitment tool that allows you to easily edit your own information and now digitally sign documents. But Daywize offers many more features, so read on to learn all about it.
This automation will soon give us the opportunity to further strengthen HR's position within Royal Van der Leun, as we can focus more on vitality and job satisfaction, for example.


Why is this important for you?
Digitalization is, of course, something happening all around us, and as an organization, we must continue to grow in this same way. But automation is something you can use to your advantage. That's precisely what Daywize facilitates; various workflows have been set up in the system, automating processes for relevant roles, such as HR and Payroll.
Are there new things with Daywize?
Absolutely! While Loket focused solely on payroll administration and personnel data, Daywize covers all HR aspects, including hiring, termination, digital signing, leave, performance, and recruitment. In short, a comprehensive tool to elevate our HR to an even higher level and offer more to our employees.

What can I do with Daywize?
Daywize uses an ESS/MSS method for employees and managers. This stands for Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service, meaning you can now also set up actions yourself from your profile. This means that several action buttons have already been added to your profile by default, such as "change my information," "request special leave," and "purchase additional leave." We are currently working on the Recruitment and Talent module, which will also allow us to recommend new colleagues through the system and review and complete the evaluation form for performance reviews in advance.
What about Loket?
Loket will remain active, but only as a tool for payroll administration, the Employee Portal as we currently know it. It will be phased out and replaced by Daywize. Loket will feed Daywize with information, including your payslip, through a link. This information will now be available in Daywize.

What do we expect from you?
It would be a great help to us if you logged in to Daywize (via the email you received) and checked your details in your profile. Also, add a photo of yourself so you'll automatically be included in the face book (for internal use), and change your password if necessary. You can also set up a permanent digital signature so you don't have to recreate it every time you sign a digital document. If you have tasks for your employee or manager, you'll automatically receive an email notification that a new task is ready for you. You can then open and complete these tasks in Daywize, for example, by adding a digital signature.
And now?
We're currently working hard to further improve Daywize. This includes transferring your personnel file, so you might be missing something. Don't worry, everything is still there and just needs to be transferred to Daywize. You might also encounter an error, so please let us know so we can correct it.
