Alvaret at Work for Trafikverket
After months of intensive work, it is always a special moment to see a project at its final destination.
It's a special day for Van der Leun Electrobouw and Sliedrecht: it's the official opening of completely transformed Stationsweg 4.
For the first time since the renovation took place, the building officially opened it's doors as alderman Roelant Bijderwieden cut the ceremonial ribbon.
The building underwent an amazing renovation. Van der Leun Industrial Electrical Systems (Van der Leun Electrobouw) has installed all new electric systems in the now state-of-the-art facility, consisting of; among other things a top-notch entertainment- and burglary installation.
One of the lovely features are the eye-catching lamps in the main staircase. Royal Van der Leun division Metal Works specially designed and crafted these beautiful lamps, a great cooperation within Royal Van der Leun.
Stationsweg 4 is a static building that every resident of Royal Van der Leun’s hometown knows, formerly known as ‘Elektra’. A pop podium with a great diversity of rooms where local youth can enjoy and spend time with peers.
We wish all visitors a happy and pleasant time and thank Bouwbedrijf Visser BV and Gemeente Sliedrecht for the trust and beautiful result we’ve achieved.

From 4 to 7 November, the maritime world will dock at Rotterdam Ahoy for Europort 2025, and we’d love to see you there at stand 1322.
We’re excited to announce our collaboration with Roboat in a pioneering initiative selected as one of the Dutch Maritime Innovation Projects by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
