Electrifying an icon in the Caribbean!
We are proud to contribute to a truly iconic project: the renovation and electrification of the Queen Emma Bridge in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Hoang Diep, manager of the Vietnam branch, was a guest on the TV program “Dialogue”. She took part in the debate about the difficulties and opportunities of finding the right employees.
Diep presented the 'Training Center Project' by Van der Leun Vietnam.
The Training Center project includes several internships to train students on the job. It includes a suitable internship fee and a job is offered within the company or at one of the other companies. By partnering with different companies that work in the same way, it provides a wider network of manpower for everyone. In this way, Van der Leun Vietnam hopes to be an inspiration for other companies. It helps all of us to obtain a sustainable workforce.
