Electrifying an icon in the Caribbean!
We are proud to contribute to a truly iconic project: the renovation and electrification of the Queen Emma Bridge in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Our location in Galati, Romania is almost on the move. Due to the continuous growth of Van der Leun Romania, a new facility is being built as we speak.
The new building will be 250m2, a significant upgrade from the 40m2 we come from. This upgrade will benefit our capacity for years to come.
Arie Mijnster, Manager of Van der Leun Romania reflects on the progressions: “The new facility comes in handy as we prepare ourselves for a major project; the installation of the electrical systems of 4 fully electric ferries in cooperation with @Damen. Within a few months Van der Leun Romania will be fully operable a little further down the same street in Galati. When the time is ready, we will celebrate this accomplishment together.”
We are proud to contribute to a truly iconic project: the renovation and electrification of the Queen Emma Bridge in Willemstad, Curaçao.
