Foreman industrial and non-residential installations

Your work

The foreman's main task in the project is the operational management and supervision of the technicians and the coordination, planning and execution of the daily activities in accordance with specifications, time schedule and standards. In performing these electrical engineering activities, you are part of a team.

You verify whether the necessary materials and tools are present, identify any contract extras, ensure safety on the work floor and provide assistance where necessary. In addition, you attend site meetings and other meetings and carry out some administrative tasks.

Your profile
  • Completed MBO study Electric Engineering and/or Head Electrical Technician
  • Work experience in a similar position in non-residential and industrial structures
  • Knowledge of common rules and regulations
  • a VCA-VOL certificate
  • Drivers licence

  • You have a flexible mind and stand your ground
  • You are decisive and capable of motivating teammates
  • You are helpful with a focus on finding solutions
  • You are willing to run consignment services

You will be working at a growing and dynamic family business, where no day and no project is the same. The working atmosphere is good and informal. We work under the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal and Technology. You will receive a salary in line with the market. You are entitled to travel allowance, 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days. You will also be registered with the Pension Fund Foundation for the 'Metaal & Techniek' and you will have the opportunity to participate in the collective health insurance. You will have access to a mobile phone.

Your own children can claim a contribution towards the study costs from our study fund. If you want to follow a training or course, we reimburse these costs from our study costs regulations.
