Supervisor Yacht building

In the position of Supervisor you contribute to an optimal progress of assembly and installation work. You do this by coordinating and adjusting the work, managing a team of employees and performing installation work.

The installation work consists of the construction of maritime installations. Think of control cabinets / switch and control panels. You lay cables and do connection and wiring work and all related work for this on location.

You are responsible for executing projects within the budgeted hours and for the availability of materials at the right time.

You attend construction meetings of clients, you are the point of contact and source of information for the client and third parties. You also maintain close contact with suppliers, the Planning and Engineering department for the implementation of the project and with the Project Manager on project-related matters.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A completed education in Electrical Engineering
  • At least two years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of technical drawings
  • Knowledge of the English language in word and writing 
  • VCA-Vol or you are willing to achieve this
  • Driving License B

You will receive a salary that matches your age, education and work experience. This will be discussed with you at an early stage. We work under the Collective Labor Agreement Metal and Technology. You are entitled to 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days with full-time employment and you will be registered with the Pensioenfonds voor de Metaal en Techniek. We also offer you a package of extra employee benefits such as our various group discounts on, for example, insurance. You will have access to a company car, laptop and mobile phone.

Own children can claim a contribution towards the study costs from our study fund. If you are going to follow a training or course yourself, we will reimburse these costs from our training budget.
