Sliedrecht Municipal Office

The renovated municipal office and public service centre have been given a fresh, contemporary appearance and equipped with technical installations that meet today's requirements while being prepared for future developments.

Royal Van der Leun Electrobouw was responsible for the complete electrical renovation of the municipal office. Our team delivered a wide range of electrical and security installations that contribute to a safe, reliable and efficient working environment.

Our scope of work

Royal Van der Leun carried out, among others:

• The complete electrical installation
• A fully renewed data network based on CAT7 cabling with a 25-year system warranty
• The supply and installation of a complete Video Surveillance System (VSS)
• The complete replacement of the intrusion detection system
• The fire detection system (FDS)
• The voice alarm evacuation system (VA/EVAC)
• The partial replacement and in-house assembly of the electrical distribution boards
• Eight EV charging points in the parking area
• Additional connection points and technical provisions for future expansion
• Testing, commissioning and handover of all installed systems

A large part of the work carried out is not immediately visible after completion. That is exactly what defines a well-designed installation. Behind the scenes, the electrical and security systems ensure that the building can be used safely, efficiently and reliably every day.

The renovation was also designed with flexibility in mind. Additional connection points and technical provisions have been incorporated throughout the building, allowing future expansions or modifications to be implemented quickly and efficiently.
