The renewed municipal office and public service centre now feature a modern appearance and technical installations designed to meet today's requirements while being prepared for future developments.

Royal Van der Leun Electrobouw was responsible for the complete electrical renovation of the building. Our team delivered a wide range of electrical and security installations, ensuring a safe, reliable and efficient working environment.

Scope of work

Royal Van der Leun carried out the following activities:

• Complete electrical installation
• Security systems
• Fire detection system
• Voice alarm evacuation system
• Eight EV charging stations in the parking area
• Additional connection points and technical provisions for future expansions
• Testing, commissioning and handover of all installations

Much of the work carried out is invisible once the project is completed. That is exactly how it should be. Well-designed electrical installations ensure that a building operates safely, efficiently and reliably behind the scenes.

The renovation also focused on future flexibility. Additional connection points and infrastructure were incorporated into various areas of the building, allowing the municipality to expand or adapt facilities quickly and efficiently whenever required.
